All of the above programs are available in both full and functional demo forms. Functional demos of each of these programs can be downloaded free of charge by clicking on the Demos and Updates selection at the bottom of this screen or from the home page. However, downloaded demos do not include user manuals. If you would like a functional demo complete with a user manual, that must be ordered in the same fashion as a full program which is explained below. Note that demonstration software with the user manual is $35 plus $7 shipping for a total price of $42 per program. Our EZDOE demo price is $50 with $7 shipping for a total price of $57. Shipping MethodsGround UPS shipping is the standard method of shipping used by Elite Software for all orders in the U.S. UPS also offers second day air and overnight shipping at additional cost. For orders to any other country, you may choose UPS or Airborne Express. At your request, Elite can also ship using Federal Express, or any number of other couriers. Additionally, software can be delivered to you via email. All the various delivery companies have different shipping options and rate structures. Elite Software can quickly give you the exact price of shipping software to your location using any of these shipping companies. As a matter of reference, you can estimate the cost of shipping from some of these companies by visiting their web site and entering the appropriate information for shipping from Bryan, Texas to your location. If estimating in this fashion, use three pounds per program to estimate total shipping weight. See the web links below.

If you receive the software electronically, Elite will still send you the physical master disks for the software you ordered along with your user manuals. Payment MethodsDepending on your account status, you may be eligible to be invoiced with Net 30 terms after you have purchased at least one full program. However, your first order for a full program or demos must be prepaid. You can do this by giving an approved credit card number, sending a check in with the order or using a C.O.D method of shipping.Customized SoftwareElite Software does not use copy protection on its software products. However, Elite Software does ship all software, both demo copies and full copies, set to print reports with your company name, address, and city state/province shown in appropriate report sections. This information is encrypted into the software and cannot be removed or changed by the end user.Unlocking Demo SoftwareFunctional demo software shipped with a user manual directly from Elite Software
can be "unlocked" into the full version of the software. Unlocking software means that you type in the correct password (given to you by Elite when you elect to license the software) at a certain location in the program. Typing the correct password removes the limit on the size of the project that can be calculated for. Downloaded demos from Elite's web site cannot be unlocked because those demos do not contain your specific company name and address. See the Customized Software section above. However, if you are using a downloaded demo and you would like to start using an unlocked full copy as soon as possible, Elite Software can arrange to quickly send you a company specific full copy of the desired program via email.
Software ReturnsAs mentioned previously, Elite Software does not use software copy protection. Therefore, Elite Software does not allow software returns as the software is easily copied and retained even if it is claimed to be returned. If you have any doubts about whether a program is suitable for you, you should first obtain a functional demo copy of that program before ordering the full version. Keep in mind that a functional demo is the full version of the program only with limits on the size of the project that can be calculated. If calling from any other country, you must dial (979) 846-2340. Once connected, simply tell the Elite representative what programs you would like to order. The salesperson will request any other information necessary. They will also be able to advise you of available shipping methods and costs. VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and C.O.D. (where applicable) are accepted methods of payment when ordering by phone.
